COWBOYS & DINOSAURS
Cowboys & Dinosaurs is a fictional flavored root beer beverage themed around pairing two things that don’t normally go together (i.e., root beer + blueberry, cowboys + dinosaurs). The original cowboy-talk copywriting and Western graphic elements contrast the dynamic hand-drawn illustrations and colorful palette to bring this drink to you from a prehistoric Wild West world.
Developing the world-building and copywriting further, the side of the packaging features a Cowboy-style Wanted poster that is inspired by missing-children milk cartons, and the other side provides more context into this alternate dimension.
